The decor in the hotel was simply charming, with high ceilings and stylish trends that made every corner attractive. The outdoor seating area was a delightful spot for my sisters and I to relax and enjoy people-watching.
A better coffee machine in the room would help.

The location was excellent, just a quick ride away from major attractions. Our Double Room was spacious and super clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. A standout for us was the fantastic staff, especially at the pantry who made our mornings brighter. However, the limited dining options on-site were a bit disappointing.

Friendly staff and great amenities
I really enjoyed my stay with the spacious and comfortable room, which was well-maintained. The gym and pool were nice additions and perfect for morning workouts. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant experience. One downside was the cafe shutting down too early, making it tough to grab a snack after a long day.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was spacious, but it was super dusty and had a dead centipede on the carpet. Not a great start! The cleaning definitely needs a boost. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable. It had potential, but cleanliness was a major letdown.

Great location, but some quirks
The room was really spacious, which is a bonus for NYC! Shower was awesome—great water pressure. Loved the gym and pool. We had to deal with a valet hiccup when our key went missing for a bit, though. Also, the bar had snacks, but I wish they had water in the VIP lounge. All in all, solid stay.

Enjoyed the room's cleanliness and spaciousness, which was a nice surprise. However, check-in was awkward due to unfriendly reception staff, and a mysterious charge caused frustration. Still, the hotel's location near shops and the Brooklyn Bridge made the experience worthwhile.

The location stands out, being close to two subway stations, and the spacious King Room provided great comfort after long days exploring. However, the $25 daily location fee felt like a hidden charge, especially with minimal applicable services. Additionally, encountering rude staff at the bar detracted from the experience, which shouldn’t be the case for guests looking to unwind. The free internet access was disappointing, making it tougher to connect in a tech-driven era.
